Decent Car Insurance Info?

Its been about 30 days considering that the car accident occur a police cruiser tea boned another group of serial murders into a number of automobiles one car total and others with hefty damage.one of the people died two were injured within the crash.we have attempted finding a level but the only thing-they state is that they cant actually be anything done cause there was a death.we named the insurance but they stated that they might not do anything they want it a police report and police wont launch the survey there due to one demise as well as the situation is Still under investigation.one month handed we named again and so they informed us that every one of the cars that have been hit's entrepreneurs had not reported and did not understand how to throw what the insurance money covers. Currently my parents are involved they might not have the capacity to repair there automobile and never get anything more we've no idea what to do except keep calling the automobile parents went to meet up using the other drivers to find out what they can do. But so far only occasion has transferred and so they have not done something or have gotten something in the insurance.
